We do everything possible to avoid a trial and error approach to design. As such a structured consultative approach is assured throughout the creative stage. Utilising tried and trusted methods of design we offer a number of suggestions that will help enable us to capture your requirements at the first attempt.
In order to ensure client expectations are met we will assign a single member from our design team to manage the creative process. Working in tandem with other designers and the technical manager, we feel offering our clients a single contact for design is the key for achieving design perfection in a timely manner. The role of the design manager will include:

for design and functionality issues during the development

contact for clients out with the technical remit
Attend meetings as and
when required
