Scothosts carried out a complete redesign of the firms’ website, with the key aim to portray a professional and modern image inline with the companies evolving range of services. The key element of the development was a property management system, which allows customers to carry out specific searches based on their requirements and most importantly provides Baird’s internal staff with a tool to modify the property listed on the website 24/7 from a user friendly administration panel.

Scothosts redesigned the firms’ website with a view to identifying the potential that e-business procurement could have on the business. The launch of the first phase has been structured to provide an array of interactive features which are aimed at encouraging their client base to communicate electronically; these features include a Live Help Tool, which once clicked will allow clients to engage a web chat with a Hardies representative in real-time.
