Project Management

Each role within any project is broken down in to a set of manageable milestones, which are backed up by a sign-off process. Communication with our clients throughout the project is fundamental and in order to ensure our work exceeds your expectations we prefer to explain and discuss rather than assume.
An in-house project manager is assigned to all developments based on their remit, this role will include:
Offer the client
a single point of contact
Set milestones and pro-actively
communicate
Ensure in-house team roles are
defined and structured
Identify potential problems and
resolve
Ensure time is utilised correctly
and managed effectively
Ensure quality control procedures
are followed
Work alongside sales team to
ensure consistent pricing for changes out with initial
brief
Push project forward in a pro-active
and timely manner
