Our highly trained team of support staff are available during office hours (9am to 5pm) to all hosting customers and 24 hours (7 days) for those on selected hosting plans, to offer advice and solutions to any issue that may arise through use of your Scothosts web service.

Also as a Scothosts client, you will also have access to our online support ticketing system which allows all queries to be documented and archived; allowing for the detection of any common occurrences. Please call us on 0845 053 9268 to discuss any support related matter.

Hosting Support

All hosting accounts, domain name issues and associated hosting options (email, web statistics etc.) are supported as standard for the duration of the service. Therefore, if you have a renewable hosting account you can be assured of a constant and ongoing service. The hosting support team should be contacted via telephone or our automated support system to resolve any of the following problems:

Please Note – The hosting team do not support website problems (e.g. scripting, form problems)

Website Support

All functionality and scripting on websites developed by Scothosts are guaranteed for a period of 3 months after completion. We do not offer a standard support service for websites that we have not developed, regardless of whether these sites are hosted on our servers or not.

During the 3 months support we will analyse and hope to correct any errors reported as a matter of priority (estimating a 4 hour response, during office hours) within the first month of a new site launch. This generally solves the majority of errors that a website will experience, as any errors are most likely to occur during this period.
